Amidst the honks and waves in front of Troy’s Diner in downtown Milton today, I made my first attempt to try high heels. Now why would I be doing that you ask?
On Saturday September 17th I along with the great people at Halton Women’s Place will be hosting the first Hope In High Heels walk to support our local women’s shelter. For the last few years, there has been a super response to this walk in Burlington and Oakville and now we have it in Milton.
As you can see by this post by Nicole to my wife, I made some heads turn. I was doing a photo shoot for the Milton Canadian Champion for an upcoming story and people noticed what was going on so I do hope they take the time and register for the walk and raise money for Halton Women’s Place.
