This coming Monday night June 18th will be the Administration & Planning Standing Committee meeting at Town Hall starting at 7pm.
This Committee consists of five Councillors and the Mayor. Committee members review all reports, formulate policy and make recommendations to Council on matters over which Council has authority under the Municipal Act, the Planning Act and other legislation. Recommendations are made in the areas of corporate administration, personnel, legal issues, planning and finance.
The Administration and Planning Committee reviews the operating and capital budgets as well as various financial matters affecting the Town of Milton.

- Public Meeting and Initial Report – Proposed Plan of Subdivision and Amendment to the Town of Milton Official Plan and Zoning By-law by Mattamy (Brownridge) Limited *This is the area to the north of Derry/Trudeau area between Cedar Hedge Road and James Snow Parkway in Ward one*
- Public Meeting and follow up report regarding Local Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments that would permit and regulate new infill development within the Milton Heights and Peru Character Areas.
- Public Meeting Report – Proposed Tertiary Plan and Local Official Plan Amendment by Milton Heights Landowners Group
- Streamlining of Municipal Processes – Town-Owned Land Disposition
