    I had made an error in my post.  I stated the intersection of LSL and JSP will have an all way stop.  JSP traffic will NOT be required to stop at that intersection.  LSL traffic will have stop signs.  Notices have been posted at the intersection and many thanks to Joseph Choi from the Region…
