Not spending enough money
Let me get this straight. Toronto City Council is investigating 2 of their councillors for NOT spending their budget. Arent they supposed to try to save taxpayers money? I thought they would be rewarded for doing something thats GOOD especially when Toronto is nearing bankruptcy and every penny counts. I realize that guys like Rob…
