| NEW MASS COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC MILTON SPORTS CENTRE 605 Santa Maria Blvd in Milton (Near Ontario St and Derry Rd W) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  In collaboration with the Town of Milton and with the support of our surrounding Family Health Teams, Prime Care FHT will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Milton Sports Centre beginning January 11, 2022.
