Thanks again, Mike, for your support and all the great background on T.J.Singh! I really do think people need to take the time to know more about this man than the first links that pop up when they google his name. He deserves it.

Thanks Bernadette…that means a lot. I know it can be a hot issue with lots of opinions being discussed. And everyone has the right to their opinion. I only hope people have honestly looked at what this man has done for our town…and not just in monetary terms. Thanks again. – Mike

Personally, I’m not a fan of naming schools after people other than posthumously.

That said, Tiger is by far the best choice out of the listed names. The man has been a member of this community far longer than 90% of the people living in Milton today (including myself) and has been a boon to the community.

Any other choice would have been just stupid!

Very moving post Mike. I have to admit I was first taken aback by the decision but after reading your post I am now in total agreement with the selection.

We need more Tigers in our community. All the best Mr. Singh! You have done Milton proud.
